Timothy D. Holcomb, age 56, a longtime resident of Columbus, Ohio, died Tuesday, May 17, 2022. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on February 16, 1966 to David and Doris Holcomb.

Timothy attended Northwestern Preparatory School in Watertown, Wisconsin and graduated from Niles West High School in Skokie,,llinois in 1984. He enlisted in the United Stated Air Force in December of 1984. Upon completion of Air Force training, Timothy worked as a missile control radar technician for
over five years. Timothy was stationed at Lackland AFB in Texas, McClellan AFB in California, Rhein Grafenstein Germany, and McGuire AFB in New Jersey. He was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal among other awards. Timothy also attended The Ohio State University and enjoyed Buckeye's football.

Timothy is survived by his mother, Doris Holcomb, three siblings, Mark (Jeanne) Holcomb of Fort Atkinson, WI, Samuel (Kimberly) of Lexington Park, MD, and Kathryn (Rhonda) Holcomb-Kirby of Margate, FL. He was preceded in death by his father, David Holcomb.

The visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 25th from 4:00 pm. until 5:00 pm. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church , 525 63rd Street in Downers Grove, IL 60516, with the funeral service to follow at 5:00 pm. Interment will be held privately at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, Illinois.
