Thomas Roy Lochridge, age 77, a resident of Fort Myers, FL, died September 4, 2022, at Health Park Memorial Hospital in Fort Myers, FL after a year-long battle with Alzheimer's. He was born January 9, 1945 in Houston, TX to Blackburn and Ruth Lochridge.

Tom first saw and fell for (Laronda) Kay Bowden in 1963; they were married for 58 years, living in Texas before moving to Illinois in 1977. Tom was one of two founding owners of RKA Applied Solutions. The company is now owned by Tom's son, Craig, and son-in-law, Steve. Tom and Kay retired in 2019 and made their home in Ft Myers, Florida.

Tom served proudly in the United States Marine Corp from 1964 to 1970. He was passionate about his time in the service and was always eager to meet a fellow Marine. Semper Fi!

He is survived by his wife, Kay Lochridge. His children: Craig (Shenay) Lochridge and Kimberly (Steve) Patterson. His grandchildren: Katrina (Paul) Green, Alec (Georgia) Lochridge, Jordan (Danielle) Patterson, Kari (Chris Hupf) Patterson, and Kyra Patterson. His great-grandchildren: Raymond Green, Lawrence Green, Noelle Lochridge, Ariella Lochridge, and Wilhelmina Patterson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother.

A visitation will be held September 15, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service at 5:30 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., Wheaton, IL. A livestream of the service will be available here: Funeral Service for Tom Lochridge

Interment will take place on Friday, September 16 at Wheaton Cemetery at 10:30 a.m.
