Barry Trowbridge, age 43, a resident of Wheaton, died suddenly Saturday, September 12. He was born on December 16, 1965 in Albuquerque, NM to Robert and Linda Trowbridge.

Barry grew up in LaGrange, Indiana where he graduated from Lakeland High School in 1984. He graduated from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN in 1988 with a degree in Music Business. On July 27, 1991 he married Cindy Linhardt. He worked for US Cellular as a manager in network engineering.

He was an active member of the Wheaton Bible Church. He was the lay leader of the Men's Ministry. Singing and worship were his passions and he sang in the worship team, choir and men's quartet. Barry poured his life into his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Cindy, two daughters, Emily and Laura, his mother, Linda Trowbridge of LaGrange, IN, one brother, Nathan (Suzy) Trowbridge of Mishawaka, IN, one sister, Amber (Kent) Taylor of Middlebury, IN, as well as aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Trowbridge Jr. and paternal grandparents, Robert and Helen Trowbridge Sr. and maternal grandparents, Dale and Doris Benedict.

A visitation will be held on Monday, September 14 from 3 to 9 p.m. at Wheaton Bible Church, 27W500 North Ave., West Chicago, IL, where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 15 at 7:00 p.m. Interment will be held privately.
