Brad Babcock, age 20, a lifelong resident of Wheaton, IL, died December 8, 2011, in Lafayette, IN. He was born July 24, 1991 in Downers Grove to Don and June Babcock.

Brad was a 2009 graduate of Wheaton Warrenville South High School where he was an Advanced Placement Scholar with distinction, having earned twenty four hours of advanced placement credits. He earned his Eagle Scout in 2008, at Wheaton Boy Scout troop 373. Currently he was a multiple scholarship student of mechanical engineering at Purdue University. He accepted his Lord Jesus Christ as his savior as a boy at First Baptist Church of Wheaton. He earned his Life Guard Certification last summer and worked at the Wheaton College Swimming Pool.

He is survived by his parents, Don and June Babcock of Wheaton. Aunt, Sue Ann (Joe) McAvoy of Kirkwood, Missouri, and cousin Jarred. Aunt Connie (Mike) Schiltz, of Dixon, IL. Cousin, Andy Schiltz of Kirkland, IL. Aunt, Karen (Roger) Allen of Woodruff, SC. Cousin Becki (Richard) Potter, and Baxley of Woodruff, SC. Cousin, Matt (Carey Lynn) Allen of Denver, CO. Cousin Rachel Allen of San Francisco, CA, and Great Aunt, Betty Jane Babcock of Marshfield, Ma.

A visitation will be held, Wednesday December 14, 2011 from 3:30 P.M. To 8 P.M at; First Baptist Church of Wheaton, 1310 N. Main Street, Wheaton, IL. 60187, 630-665-0330.

A funeral service will be held Thursday December 15, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at First Baptist Church of Wheaton. Interment will follow at Wheaton Cemetery, Wheaton, IL
