Obituary
William Livingston "Bill" Quiggle, age 85, a resident of Windsor Park Manor in Carol Stream, died Tuesday, January 2, at home. He was born February 25, 1921 in Altoona, Pennsylvania.
A memorial service for Mr. Quiggle will be held on Saturday, January 13, at 3:00 P.M. at College Church in Wheaton, located at the corner of Washington and Seminary Avenues, in Wheaton.
Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to SEND International, PO Box 513, Farmington, MI 48332. You may also call SEND International at 248-477-4210.
