Obituary
Walter A. Tauer, age 96, a resident of Alden Nursing Home in Naperville died Friday, August 4, 2006. He was born in Chicago, IL on April 9, 1910. Mr. Tauer worked as a butcher for many years and retired in 1975 from McChesney and Miller's in Glen Ellyn, IL.
He is survived by two daughters, Janet M. Tauer and Joanne L. (Michael) Shain, 4 grandchildren-Kathy Ribble, Jessica, Brian and Annie Shain and one
great grand child-Ravyn Ribble.
He was preceded in death by Agnes E. Tauer.
A funeral service will held at Ginger Creek Community Church, 2850 Ginger Woods Pkw. in Aurora, on Friday August 11 at 8 p.m. with Pastor Kevin
August officiating.
Memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association, 801 N Cass Ave # 200, Westmont, IL 60559.
