Vincent Edward Cascio, a long-time resident of Glen Ellyn, IL, passed away peacefully in his home on April 30, 2025 with his loving wife and family by his side.

He was born October 21, 1967 in Melrose Park, IL to his adoring parents, John V. Cascio and Rita Cascio (Stuever). The oldest of three boys.

Vincent and Theresa were married for 29 wonderful years. They raised four children together, Tina, Ed, Crystal, and Katie. After marrying, they worked together and own a local business. They resided in Glen Ellyn for 31 years and attended St. Petronille Catholic Church for many years.

Vincent spent his time mining for gem stones, gardening, and cooking amazing food. He loved playing with his grand kids. He loved the outdoors and spending his free time outside.

He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Theresa; his children; Tina (Rob) Marjan, Ed (Kelly) Artos, Crystal & Katie Oszakewski, and his beloved Samoyed ,baby dog, Willow. The lights of his life – his grandchildren; Ellie & Eddie Artos and Emma & Robby Marjan. His parents, John (Arlene) Cascio and Rita (Michael) Petrillo, his brothers, Michael and Joseph Cascio. Along with his stepbrother, Brian Bielatowicz.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Vincent and Sophie Cascio, his maternal grandparents, Edward and Genevieve Stuever and his uncle, Daniel "Smokey" Stuever.

A visitation will be held at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., Wheaton, Illinois 60187, on Thursday, May 8, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Relatives & friends are invited to meet directly at St. Petronille Catholic Church, 420 Glenwood Ave, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137, on Friday, May 9, 2025 for Mass at 11:30 a.m. St. Petronille Catholic Church will be livestreaming Vincent's Mass; to watch please use this link Vincent Cascio's Funeral Mass

Interment at St. Michael Cemetery in Wheaton,1109 Warrenville Rd, Wheaton, IL 60187 will be at 12:45p.m. on Friday, May 9, 2025.
