Vernon W. Tank, age 76, a resident of Wheaton, died at home on Friday, October 9, 2009. He was born on May 14, 1933 in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn, three daughters, Linda Hawkins, Sheryl Nuygen, Lori DeMoss, and five grandchildren.
A memorial service is planned and pending.
Interment was at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
