Timothy J. Doerr, age 51, a resident of Oswego, IL, died suddenly on Monday, October 28, 2013. He was born February 10, 1962 in Milwaukee to Neil and Elaine Doerr.

Tim grew up in Milwaukee and graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran High School. He went on to graduate from UW Stout with a BA degree and later earned a Masters degree in Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University. On May 28, 1995 he married Jennifer A. Francisco of Ransom, IL. He was currently the director of human resources for Diversified CPC International in Channahon, IL. He formerly worked in the hotel industry as a human resources manager.

Tim was a sports fanatic, he loved the Packers, Brewers and WI Badgers. He was a high school basketball referee in the western suburbs, loved playing golf and was a fantasy football and baseball enthusiast. He enjoyed researching genealogy and working to create his family tree. Tim was an active member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Downers Grove. He loved spending time with his niece and nephews. He loved traveling with his wife and spending time with her and their three cats.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer A. Doerr, his parents, Neil and Elaine Doerr of Nye, Montana, three brothers, Kevin Doerr of Milwaukee, WI, Dan (Donna) Doerr of Racine, WI, and Pastor Christopher (Carrie) Doerr of Waupun, WI, sister-in-law, Katherine Doerr, of Milwaukee, WI, and his niece and nephews, Carley, Elisha, Jonas, Benjamin, Thomas, Simon, and Micah. He is also survived by his wife's parents, Frank and Peggy Francisco and brother-in-law Tony Francisco all of Ransom, IL. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and his niece, Evangaline.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 3, from 2 to 5 at Good Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church, 525 63rd Street' Downers Grove, IL 60516,, where a funeral service will follow at 5:00 P.M. Interment will be private at St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery in Ransom, Illinois.
