Teresa, an adoring mother to Renata, Darek, Beata, grandmother to five, and great-grandmother to two, passed away on Friday, August 30th, 2024. Teresa was born on April 5th, 1946, and immigrated to the US in 1989, settling in the Chicagoland area. She was an exceptionally devout Catholic, whose life was illuminated by the joy of spiritual fulfillment and indefatigable faith. Her generosity manifested itself in daily life, as she unwaveringly dedicated herself to the empowerment and service of others. Her career was spent working as a Certified Nursing Assistant, exercising empathetic care and compassion for elderly patients and their family members.

Her greatest passion was her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren, who she showered with boundless love.

She has completed her spiritual journey by reuniting with her son, Darek, who passed away from cancer in May 2011. Teresa will be immensely missed by her family, friends, and all whom she touched.

A funeral mass will be held at Divine Mercy Polish Parish, 21W411 Sunset Ave., Lombard, IL 60148, on Friday, September 6, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Inurnment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, 200 W Romeo Rd., Romeoville, IL 60446.
