Obituary

Ted G. Webner, age 84, an 18 year resident of Bella Vista, Arkansas and formerly of Chicago and Addison, died Sunday, April 17 at the Hines Hospital in Maywood.

He was born in Chicago on August 11, 1920 to David and Martha Webner. On October 6, 1951 he married Paula Chiles. Together they owned and operated Peterson-Webner Bakery, a third generation Scandinavian bakery serving the Chicago area. They retired to Arkansas in 1986.

Mr. Webner is survived four children, Candace Webner of Elmhurst, Jeffrey Webner of Elmhurst, Martha (Dennis) Geiseman of Villa Park, and Lesa (Scott) Vance of South Elgin, grandchildren, Olivia and Larry VanMeter, Beth Geiseman and Zachary Vance, one brother, Swen G. Webner of Bella Vista and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents and one sister Margaret "Peggy" Halvorsen.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 20 from 4 until 9 P.M. at the Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St. in Wheaton, where services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 A.M.

Interment will be held privately at the Irving Park Cemetery in Chicago.
