Obituary
Susan A. Redmond, age 81, a resident of Winfield, and formerly of Fairview Park, OH, died Friday, November 10, at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield. She was born July 29, 1925 in Cleveland, OH.
Susan's family and friends remember her cooking and great meals. She also worked as a bookkeeper for various clients. She loved music from the big-band era and listened to CDs constantly. She loved and enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her three daughters, Donna (John) Caputo of Winfield, Angela Bolinger of Knox, IN, and Maria Faulisi of Knox, IN; two grandsons, Andrew (Eugenia) Caputo and Jason (Renee) Caputo; two great-grandchildren, Cara Mei Caputo, and Cory Tien Caputo; two step-children, James (Carol) Redmond, and Patricia (John) Church; four step-grandchildren, David Redmond, Timothy Redmond, Chris Redmond, and Jonathan (Stacey)Church; and two step-great-grandchildren, Ethan and Benjamin Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of eight years, James; and two brothers, Anthony LaBella, and Dominic LaBella.
Services and interment are private.
In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be directed to the American Cancer Society, 1801 S. Meyers Rd., Ste. #100, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181.
