Susan C. Kirkpatrick, age 61, a resident of Glendale Heights, IL, and formerly of Cicero, IL, died Monday, July 24, 2017, at GlenOaks Hospital in Glendale Heights, IL. She was born July 30, 1955 in Chicago, IL.
Susan worked as a waitress at Mother's Day Restaurant in North Riverside, IL for 30 years! She made a lot of friends over the years and really loved her work.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Michele Gialdini of Glendale Heights, IL; her son-in-law, Oscar Garcia of Glendale Heights; her granddaughter, Brooklynn Marie Gialdini; two brothers, George Frederick (Katrine) Spoeri III of Tampa, FL, and Edward (Elizabeth) Spoeri of Carol Stream, IL; two sisters, Sally Spoeri of Romeoville, IL, and Sharon (John) Cerven of Lemont, IL; and five nieces and nephews, Marie Nicole Grieco, Samuel Castro, and Anthony Castro, and Megan Spoeri and Emily Spoeri.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Sonia Spoeri; and her grandmother, Wilda Grabski, also known as Nonie.
A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, August 4, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., Wheaton, IL 60187. Services and interment are private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to the family.
