Samuel Austin Jordan, age 22, a resident of Chicago, IL, and formerly of Warrenville, IL, left us on Sunday, December 30, 2018, at home in Chicago. He was born March 13, 1996 in Chicago.

Samuel grew up in Warrenville, IL and graduated from Wheaton-Warrenville South where he played football. He was a sports enthusiast. Sam adored his family and had a smile that would light up any room. His family loved his hugs. He enjoyed animals and his cat, Tiger "Tooth" Jordan. Sammy worked for LiveNation and loved his job in the music industry. He appreciated all music and art. He took pride in his sense of style and enjoyed his #swag.

Sam "Fred" is survived by his mother, Deanna (William Hunz) Jordan of Clarendon Hills, IL; his father, Dennis "Pops" (Angela Drake) Johnson of Aurora, IL; his brother, Michael (Channel Tyler) Jordan of Denver, CO; his sister, Mackenzie "Mama" Jordan of Warrenville, IL; his niece, Rylee Ava Jordan; and his loving extended family.

A visitation will be held on Friday, January 4, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., in Wheaton, IL. Visitiation will continue on Saturday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the start of a funeral service to be held at 11:00 a.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home. Interment will be private.
