Sadie Lorelle Moore Bult, age 101, a former resident of Wheaton, died Tuesday, January 29, at the Alden Valley Ridge Healthcare Center in Bloomingdale. She was born on January 24, 1907 in Halls, TN to William and Cora Moore, the youngest of 12 children.

She married Paul L. Bult on September 17, 1937, and came to the Chicago area in 1939, where she worked in sales and owned her own Hallmark store. She was also a member of the Eastern Star. At home, she was an avid gardener, loved teaching Sunday School and helped with the Morgan Park Presbyterian Church choir in Chicago. In 1991 she moved to Wheaton and became an active member of the Geneva Road Baptist Church of Wheaton.

She is survived by two daughters, Julie Stark of Wheeling and Cora Anne (Jim) Kirkwood of Wheaton, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Lester Bult in 1975, her parents and 11 siblings.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 1, from 3 to 8 p.m. at the Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St. in Wheaton, where services will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m.. Interment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Chicago.
