Ruth P. Schweitzer (nee Kaage), age 86, current resident of Chesterfield, MO, formerly of Berkley and Warrenville, died September 25, 2012, at home.  She was born March 10, 1926 in Chicago, IL. A longtime member of St. Domitilla Catholic Church and more recently St. Irene Catholic Church in Warrenville. A faithful attendee of Kuppel's Class at Wheaton Evangelical Free Church in Wheaton, IL and 25 year member of DuPage County YMCA swimming class. She is survived by her son Martin Schweitzer (Cathy) of Ballwin, MO, and grandchildren Claire, Paul and Ryan. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Wendell (1991), son Michelle (1996) and brother Robert Kaage (2008).

A visitation will be held Sun. Sept. 30, 2012 from 4-8pm at Hultgren Funeral Home 304 N. Main St, Wheaton, IL 60187. Final farewell Monday, Oct. 1, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Domitilla Catholic Church, 4940 Washington St., Hillside, IL. Immediately followed with funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery Chapel in Hillside.
