Ruth Plummer's Obituary
Ruth Plummer, age 94, a resident of Wheaton, IL, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 27, 2012, at Windsor Park Manor in Carol Stream, IL. She was born May 15, 1918 in Philadelphia, PA.
She is survived by her children, Robert E. (Linda) Plummer, Jr, Joy (Donald) Gustafson and William A Plummer; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; her sister, Naomi Jump; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert E. Plummer; her parents, William & Margaret Woods; her brother, William Woods; her sister, Miriam Plewes; and her granddaughter, Amy Plummer.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of a funeral service to be held at 11:00 a.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., in Wheaton. Interment will follow at Wheaton Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be directed to the Windsor Park Manor Benevolent Fund, or to Bethel Presbyterian Church.
