Ruth E. Kasperson, wife of the late Rev. Robert Kasperson, transitioned to her eternal home with Jesus on October 27, 2019. She died peacefully after a long and joy filled life of service and love. She is survived by her daughter Roberta Kasperson, sons Richard (Ursula) Kasperson and Phil (Liz) Kasperson and her youngest, Becky (Dale) Olsen. She has five grandchildren Nicholas Kasperson, Justin Kasperson, Hannah Kasperson, Jordan Kasperson and Arne (Brigid) Olsen and their three children Diana, Mary and Erik, Ruth's great grandchildren. Also survived by her sisters Marian Pasko and Betty Running.

A visitation will be held Saturday, November 2, 2019, from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home , 304 N. Main St., Wheaton, Illinois where a memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m.

Memorial gifts may be directed to St. Olaf Lutheran Church , World Mission Prayer League (the sponsoring mission board for Bob & Ruth while they were missionaries in Brazil) or Discipleship Unlimited .
