Rosalie Biscan, age 93, a lifelong resident of Melrose Park, IL, went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 18, 2022. She was born January 6, 1929 in Melrose Park to Gaspero and Frances Palermo.

Rosalie met the love of her life, Tom Biscan, at Hines V.A. Hospital. They married on September 23, 1950.

Her faith was an important part of her life and she was an active member of Melrose Park Christian Assembly (New Life Community Church), where she was a deaconess, served in many church ministries and taught Sunday School. Her life was centered around her five children and family and she loved bringing joy to others through her baking.

She is survived by her four children, Tom (Debbie) Biscan of Wayne, Sandy (Ed) Bisinger of Bluffton, SC, Ron (Janet) Biscan of Melrose Park and Francine (Frank) Quintero of Glenview, 12 grandchildren, Deanna, Aaron, Darci, Caleb, Carl, Stephen, Elizabeth, Matthew, Mariah, Claudia, Gabriella and Sophia, and 16 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom, her daughter, Rosalyn Moorhead, and 8 siblings.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. until the time of a funeral service at 7:00 at New Life Community Church, 2001 Division Street,Melrose Park, IL 60160. Interment will be held at Mt. Emblem Cemetery in Elmhurst, Illinois on Wednesday, November 23 at 11:00 a.m.
