Robert Augustus Wall, age 24, a resident of Chicago, IL, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 30, 2023, at his home.  He was born August 1, 1998, in Wheaton, Illinois.

He attended Wheaton North High School and Illinois State University, where he graduated Cum Laude, with a Bachelor's of Education.  After school, he became a special education teacher at Hubbard High School in Chicago, where he was much loved by his students. He was also a successful three-sport athlete during middle school and high school, excelling at football, lacrosse and wrestling. He will be missed.

Robert is survived by his mother, Dana Wall; his father, Tim Wall; his siblings, Jessica, Meredith, Marcellus, Rexford, and Victoria; as well as two nieces. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ruth McEvoy, and his uncle, Jeff Gring.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023 from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., Wheaton, IL. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Gary United Methodist Church, 224 N. Main St., Wheaton, IL 60187.
