Rita Marie Minich (Bubnis)

August 16th 1950 – November 26th 2023

Rita Minich, Age 73 of Glen Ellyn Illinois, Died in Naperville, Illinois due to complications with cancer on November 26th 2023.

Rita was born in Chicago, Illinois in 1950 to Victor and Eva Bubnis and was one of four siblings.  Rita Graduated College of DuPage as an RN and entered her calling; service to others as a nurse at the DuPage convalescent center retiring in 2017.  Her selfless acts were felt throughout her family and friends right up until the last hour and beyond.

Rita was preceded in death by her siblings Robert Bubnis, Carolyn Lilligard and Dorothy Englemann.  Rita is survived by her children Stephen, Sarah, Daniel (Stephanie), 4 grandchildren and partner James Minich.

Rita was laid to rest at Wolf River Cemetery December 6th 2023 with her family and will be remembered with a celebration of life TBD in the spring.  Please see updates a www.hultgrenfh.com
