Obituary

Rick Belle, age 48, a resident of Naperville, Illinois, died Friday, March 29,  He was born October 19, 1964, in Saint Charles, Illinois, to Stephen Charles and Jeanne Constance Belle.


He graduated from West Chicago High School in 1982, and proceeded to the College of DuPage, where he acquired an Associate's Degree in Business. He continued his education by completing his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business at Illinois State University in 1988. He was President and Founder of All Star Custom Awards, originally All Star Publishing, founded in 1990. In his youth he earned the rank of Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America. He was also active for several decades in the amateur wrestling community, first as a competitor and then as a certified official with the National Collegiate Athletic Association and the Illinois High School Association.


He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Kimberly "nee" Bauer, and two daughters, Brittany (17) and Kelsey (14), two brothers, John (Kate) Belle, and Tom Belle, his niece, Jess Belle, and his "favorite" nephew, Jake Belle.


A visitation will be held at Hultgren Funeral Home, Saturday, April 6 from 3:00 PM until the time of service at 7:00 PM. Interment is private.


The Belle family is in the process of setting up a trust for Rick's daughters' education. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in their names at Naperville Bank and Trust, 555 Fort Hill Drive, Naperville, Illinois 60540.
