Richard E. Kozlowski, 54, a resident of Wheaton died at the University of Illinois Medical Center Wednesday the 29th. He was born July 10, 1950 in Chicago. Rich was a licensed home inspector who also had over 20 years of experience as a union Electrician. He was a Navy Veteran serving 2 years in active duty with 3 years in active reserve as an electronic technician. He was an avid football fan who also enjoyed his hobbies of fishing and woodworking.

He is survived by his wife of 18 years Linda (nee) Lacey;his mother Lucille Kozlowski; his brothers Stephen (Kathy)Kozlowski, Philip Kozlowski and his sister Barbara (Mike) Kaczor; and a number of nieces and nephews.
