Richard "Rich" J. Meyer, age 82, passed away December 12, 2019. He was born July 12, 1937 in Webster City, Iowa to Byron & Josephine Meyer. He grew up in Dows, Iowa and served in the Army during the Korean War era. Upon his return to the States he graduated from Drake University with a B.S. in business.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Barbara Meyer; his sons Jon Meyer and James (Peggy) Meyer; his grandsons Gabriel & Luke Meyer; his sister Barbara (the late Ralph) Amend; and many nieces & nephews.

Services and interment will be private at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, Illinois.
