Obituary
Ricardo G. Anagaran, age 93, a resident of Wheaton, died Friday, September 2, at home. He was born September 20, 1911 in the Philippines.
As a young man, Ricardo lived in Cotabato City in the Philippines where he was a member of the Rotary Club, serving as the Past President. He was also a member of the Lions, the Jaycees, and the Knights of the Columbus. After he retired he came to the United States and lived with his daughter, Daly.
He is survived by his daughter, Daly (Norby) Lacson of Wheaton; his son, Ambrosio (Minda) of Chicago, and Ricardo Jr. (Tessie) of Cotabato City, Philippines; eight granddaughters who loved their "Lolo", Crizel, Jenine, Elaine, Pauline Rose, Rica, Cathy, Joanna May, and Christie Ann; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosa; and his daughter, Tagumpay.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 7, from 5-9 P.M. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., in Wheaton, where prayers will be said at 9:30 A.M. on Thursday, September 8. A funeral Mass will follow at 10:00 A.M. at St. Mark Catholic Church, 300 E. Cole St., in Wheaton. Interment will be at Assumption Cemetery in Wheaton.
