Raymond C. Wolf, 69, a resident of Wheaton, IL, died July 2, 2012. He was born on October 23, 1942 in Portland, Oregon.
Mr. Wolf worked for Community School District #200 in Wheaton as an Art teacher at Wheaton North High School for 33 years before retiring in 2000 to pursue pottery making and would display his work in local craft and fine art shows.
He was a member of Wheaton Bible Church in West Chicago, IL and served in different ministries.
He is survived by his wife, Delores "Dee" Sheridan-Wolf, children: Benjamin (Taryn) Wolf, Timothy Wolf, Mark Mullen, Jennifer (Brad) Blackwell, grandchildren: Clara Wolf, and Zoe, Skye, and Thomas Blackwell, and his brother, Ron (Jane) Wolf.
He was preceded in death by his parents Lloyd and Elsie Wolf, sister, Lorene Jardine, and half brother, Dennis Schaeffer.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 6th from 4 PM until 8 PM at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., Wheaton, IL 60187. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, July 7th at 11 AM at Wheaton Bible Church, 27W500 North Ave., West Chicago, IL 60185 with Pastor John White officiating.
Interment will be at Wheaton Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be directed to Masterpiece Ministries, an art and music camp for kids as a way to further Ray's passion for teaching and love of the arts.
