Family and friends of Ralph L. Haack, 86, will gather to celebrate a life of love and service on Wednesday, December 14 at 10:30 a.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Wheaton, IL. Friends may gather with the family for visitation on Tuesday, December 13, from 2 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial with military honors will be in Assumption Cemetery in Winfield following the service.
Born Feb. 25, 1925, in Chicago,at rest on Friday, Dec. 9, 2011.
Ralph was raised in Maywood, attended Proviso High School, and moved to Warrenville to raise his family where he resided for 60 years. Ralph was a Veteran of WWII, serving with the CBI Theater. He worked for 44 years with Commonwealth Edison. He was a very compassionate man and was there for all to fix and repair whatever was needed.
Ralph is survived by Marion, his wife of 63 years, his children Peg, Todd, Mary (Gene) Esposito, Lance (Debbie); grandchildren, Max (Jen) Sperando, Liz (Eric) Bowyer, Logan, Lucas, Hollis, Quinn, Alivia and Lance; great grandchildren, Genevieve, Zoey, Natalie, Chase and Tyler; and loving uncle to many dear nieces and nephews.
He joins his parents Lloyd & Edna and his brother Herb in peace.
