Paul Wing, age 50, a resident of Wheaton, Illinois died Friday, June 13 at Bernard Mitchell Hospital in Chicago. Paul was born December 9, 1957 in Charlotte, North Carolina, and lived in California until his graduation from the University of California at Davis with a degree in Chemical Engineering. His work took him to many different countries, including Russia, India, and England, where he met and married his wife Rosemary.He had many interests, especially playing the guitar and fine woodworking. He is survived by his wife, Rosemary, and two daughters, Charlotte and Sara. He also leaves his brother, Tom Wing, Jr. (Leslye), and sisters, Sydney Wing and Margaret Howlett. His family in England included Victor Thursby, Paul Thursby, and Yvonne (Iain) Atkinson. His nieces and nephews will miss their Uncle Paul – Kinsey and Angus Atkinson, Emily Wing, Bronwyn and Evan Howlett, Gabrielle Brown-Wing, and Sebastian and Laura Thursby. There will be a memorial visitation from 2:00 P.m. until the time of a memorial service in celebration of Paul's life at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 22 at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 North Main Street, Wheaton. Friends are welcome to join the family at a reception following the service.
