Patricia J. Fern 77, resident of Wheaton, died, March 22. She was born in Oakland CA. June 1, 1928. She was a professional singer in her earlier years. She was loved by her family and will be greatly missed. Beloved mother of Patricia (Craig) Dusold, Mark (Kathy) Fern, Laura Shannon; fond grandmother of Melissa, Jason, and Jonathan Patt, Amy, Megan, April, Andrew, and Taylor Fern; cherished great-grandmother of Nicholas Dusold. Preceded in death by her husband, John "Bud" Fern.
