Patricia Davisson, age 92, of Wheaton, Illinois, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on September 24, 1932, in North English, Iowa, Patricia faced significant challenges early in life. Her father, Patsy Netser, passed away before her birth, and she was later preceded in death by her mother, Zephyr Netser, and her two older brothers, Keith and Mervin. Despite these hardships, Patricia displayed remarkable resilience, strength, and determination throughout her life.

Patricia moved to Wheaton, Illinois, where she built an extraordinary legacy during the 70 years she called it home. She retired as aVice President of Gary-Wheaton Bank, where her dedication, leadership, and compassion left a lasting impact on her colleagues and community.

Patricia was the devoted wife of the late William Davisson, with whom she shared a loving marriage until his passing in 1997. Together, they raised a beautiful family that remained the cornerstone of Patricia's life. She is survived by her five children and their spouses: Joseph (Lois), Jerry (Sharon), Vicki (Robert) Slabich, Jill (Robert) Styer, & Nancy (Dean) Myers. Patricia was also a proud grandmother to 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy and pride.

Known for her warm heart, sharp wit, and generous spirit, Patricia cherished time with her family, sharing stories, and creating lasting memories. Her presence brightened every room, and her love for those around her was unwavering.

A visitation will be held on Friday, December 27, 2024, at Gary Memorial United Methodist Church, 224 N. Main St., Wheaton, IL 60187 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with a luncheon to follow. Interment Chapel Hill Gardens West in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Patricia's memory to Gary United Methodist Church in Wheaton, Illinois, or Wheaton Community Outreach .

Her legacy endures in the lives she touched and the love she so freely gave. Rest in peace, Patricia—you will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
