Olesia A.
Andruch
December 1, 1942 – January 26, 2022
Olesia A. Andruch, age 79, a resident of Elk Grove Village, passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2022. She was born December 1, 1942 in Chicago to Michael, Jr. & Anastasia Andruch.
Olesia's Testimony:
B.C. = before Christ, the purpose of my life was centered on myself, wanting it to be a safe, comfortable, financially stable and NOT BORING!
At the center of this would be a capable and loving husband. When my marriage died after a very painful five year period, I found myself with no husband, no money and no job. I just knew that only God could help me - even though I really did not know if He truly existed. So I cried out to Him and through a Christian TV program that grabbed my attention, I gave God myself and my life through prayer.
Immediately I felt His peace come over me - even though I didn't know how my shattered life would turn out. I started to read the Bible - for the first time, heard the truth in sermons and teachings - for the first time in 1979. Since that time, when Jesus brought me into His Holy Family, the Holy Spirit has been helping me become the daughter that Father God wants me to be.
Now, the purpose of my life is centered on God's purposes - to be of service to His Family and to tell searching people about the Good News of Jesus. In God's care, my life has not been boring and couldn't be any safer or loving! THANK YOU GOD!!!
She is survived by her brother, Michael III (Toni) Andruch; her nieces & nephews: Cat (Terry) Thisius, Michael IV (Lori) Andruch, Jessica (John) Lindblade, Nicholas (Stephanie) Jawnyj & Andrew (Erica) Jawnyj; and her many great-nieces & great-nephews.
