Nancy K. Stolarz, age 63, a longtime resident of Wheaton, IL, died suddenly Thursday, September 4, 2014, at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, Illinois. She was born September 22, 1950 in Georgetown, KY to George and Zelma McMillan.

She grew up in Georgetown and graduated from Scott County High School. Nancy attended the University of Kentucky. She married Jack Stolarz in 1977 and they raised their family in Wheaton. Nancy worked at Emerson Elementary School in Wheaton as an inclusion aide. She was an active volunteer and supportive parent with Western DuPage Special Recreation Association, WDSRA.

Reading, traveling and volunteering were her interests. Being a caring mother was most important to her.

She is survived by her husband, Jack Stolarz, two sons, Kyle and Ryne Stolarz, her brother, Bud (Nancy) McMillan, and step-sister, Terry.

Preceding her in death were her parents and one sister, Violet Sample.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 11, from 4 to 9 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., Wheaton, IL 60187.
