Nancy A. Nyquist, age 78, a resident of Wheaton, IL, died June 11, 2019.  She was born August 18, 1940 in Brazil, Indiana.

Nancy was a graduate of Brazil High School and Indiana University. She went on to work for the Social Security Administration and then continued her career working for The National Safety Council. She was a faithful member of Faith Covenant Church of Wheaton, IL. In addition to spending time with her family, she loved to attend her church, musicals and theatre with her many beloved friends.

She is survived by her daughters, Susan Powers (Scott Hansberger) & Kathleen Hazlett (Chris Prokopiak). Her granddaughters Cassandra & McKinzie Powers and her faithful grand-dog, Payton. Her beloved cousins Linda Brua, Jane (Jim) Coyle and Becky (Jim) Gerlach.

She was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Raymond Nyquist and first husband Charles "Bill" Hazlett.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2019, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Hultgren Funeral Home , 304 N. Main St., Wheaton, IL. A memorial service will immediately follow at 12:00 pm.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation , 230 East Ohio Street, Suite 500, Chicago, IL 60611 or the Faith Covenant Church , 2001 Lakeview Drive, Wheaton, IL 60189.
