Nancy Mae Kramer, age 84, a resident of Sunrise Assisted Living in Naperville and formerly of Morton Grove and Evanston, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, August 25. She was born on September 20, 1925.

Nancy grew up on the north side of Chicago. She married Warren Kramer on May 29. They lived in Morton Grove for almost 50 years and then moved to Naperville to be closer to her children. She was active at Trinity Lutheran Church in Evanston where she was a deaconess and active member of the Golden-agers.

She loved to spend time at the beach or the pool. She and Warren traveled all over the world. Her husband was the love of her life.

She is survived by her husband, children, Jeff (Janet) Kramer of Malibu, CA, Julie Murphy of Oswego and Tom (Cathy) Kramer of Wheaton, 8 grandchildren, Lindsay, Eric, Jennifer, Matthew, Andy, Laura, Ashley and Scott.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 28 at 11:00 a.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St. in Wheaton, where friends may visit with the family prior to the service from 9 to 11 a.m.

Interment will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery in Skokie.

Memorials may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church in Evanston.
