Nancy Moore Clinkenbeard, age 77, a resident of Winfield, IL, died Monday, May 21, 2018, at home. She was born September 28, 1940 in Paris, AR.

Nancy was an elementary teacher and taught at a number of schools in Illinois, ending her time at Disctrict 200 in the Wheaton, IL area. She was passionate about teaching and education. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) as well as Immanuel Presbyterian Church in Warrenville, IL. She loved animals, especially her dogs. She was a friend to all around her and loved people and tirelessly served others.

She is survived by her grandson, Joshua (Jazmin) Clinkenbeard of Winfield, IL; and her sons, Keith (Beni) Clinkenbeard of Bennett, IA, and the late Karl Clinkenbeard of Winfield, IL.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom.

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 25, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., in Wheaton, IL. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel Presbyterian Church , 29W260 Batavia Road, in Warrenville, IL. Interment will be private at Memory Gardens in Arlington Heights, IL.
