Mildred Reihl, longtime resident of Wheaton, passed away at Central DuPage Hospital on Wednesday, January 27th. Mildred was a much-loved teacher at Ben Franklin School in Glen Ellyn. She was a graduate of Northwestern University and a member of the Women's Department Club of Wheaton. She and her husband Oscar enjoyed traveling in their Airstream with the Wally Byam Caravan Club.

Mildred was preceded in death by her loving husband, Oscar Reihl; and by her brothers and sisters and their spouses: Arthur (Ann) Jacobek, George (Esther) Jacobek, Clara (Robert) Archibald, and Ethel Jacobek. She was the loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. She is survived by her son, Edgar Reihl of Northbrook.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 13th at 2:00 P.M. in the sanctuary of Gary Memorial United Methodist Church with the Reverend Jonathan Crail officiating. Interment is private at Arlington Cemetery in Elmhurst.
