Obituary

Michaele Kathleen Collyer, age 72, a resident of Wheaton, Illinois, died Monday, January 9, 2017, at the DuPage Convalescent Center.  She was born June 10, 1944 in Dayton, Ohio.

"Mike" leaves behind many who are going to miss her greatly - her son, Glen Tepe, his wife, April Tepe, and their children: Bria, Emily, Lauren and Jacob, her daughter-in-law, Teri Azzarello, her husband John, and their children, AJ, Angel, Kyle, Cassandra and Melissa, and her sister-in-law, Carol Keene.   Mike was preceded in death by her dearly-loved, oldest son, Scott Tepe, her mother, Catherine Williams, her brother, Craig Williams, and her granddaughter, Bethany Tepe

Being a mom and grandma was what gave Mike great joy.   She was immensely proud of all of her "kids," and often bragged to whomever would listen about the kind of people they were, and their accomplishments.   Mike accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior about 20 years ago, and she took great comfort in her relationship with the Lord.  She worshipped at Warrenville Bible Chapel, and cherished her friends there.

Her family is grateful to the staff at the DuPage Convalescent Center, and Seasons Hospice for their loving and detailed care that they provided for Michaele in the last months of her life. May the Lord bless you all.

Family and friends are invited to Warrenville Bible Chapel (corner of Curtis and Woodland Aves, Warrenville IL, 60555) on Saturday, January 14 th , 2017, for visitation at 10 am, and a memorial service at 11 am.    There will be a lunch provided afterward.
