Michael John Gay, age 62, a resident of Arlington Heights, IL, died January 31, 2020, in his home. He was born August 13, 1957, in Columbia, SC.

As a young child, Mike was able to see a lot of this country as his family moved around while his father was in the Military. Growing up he got the nickname Toivo. He graduated from high-school in River Falls, WI. Throughout his life he worked as a machinist and tool room manager at The Phoenix Company of Chicago and at 7 Mile Solutions. Recently a founder Evolutions Hub. He was a life long avid Green Bay Packer fan.

He is survived by his mother, Janet Gay of Arlington Heights; his brothers Brian (Denise) and Douglas (Laurie); many nieces and nephews; and one grand nephew.

He was preceded in death by John Gay.
