Matthew Joseph Hamilton, age 21, a resident of Warrenville, died suddenly on Monday, September 18, at home. He was born September 30, 1995 in Winfield to Todd and Liz Hamilton.

Matthew grew up in Warrenville and attended Johnson Elementary School, Hubble Middle School and graduated from Wheaton Warrenville South High School in 2014. He was a Boy Scout in Troop 30. He enjoyed music, movies electronics, and traveling with his family.

He is survived by his parents, Todd and Liz Hamilton of Warrenville, his sister, Jessica, maternal grandparents, Joe and Maria Pintz of Park Ridge, paternal grandparents, John and Donna Hamilton of Wheaton, and his aunts and uncles, Amy (Joe) Munro, Scott Hamilton, Christine Pintz, Joseph (Kristin) Pintz and Peter (Heather) Pintz.

A visitation will be held on Friday, September 22, 2017 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., Wheaton. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Irene Catholic Church , 28W441 Warrenville Road, Warrenville, IL 60555. Interment will follow at Warrenville Cemetery .
