Mary Jo Mitchell's Obituary
Mary Jo Mitchell, age 82, a resident of Wheaton, IL, died Thursday, July 25, 2013, at home. She was born June 19, 1931 in Bloomington, IL.
She is survived by her two sons, William H. (Susann) Mitchell of Ft. Lauderdale and John Gilbert Mitchell of Wheaton; grandsons, Michael Edward Mitchell and Joseph Troiano; and her brother-in-law, Gilbert (Shirley) Mitchell.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William G. Mitchell; her brother, Jerry McAvoy; and her sister, Monica McAvoy.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of a funeral service to be held 10:00 a.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., in Wheaton, IL. Interment will follow at Wheaton Cemetery in Wheaton, IL.
Memorial gifts may be directed to The American Cancer Society, 1801 Meyers Rd, Suite 100, Oak Brook Terrace, IL 60181.
