Mary Lois Jordan, age 98, a resident of
Windsor Park
Retirement Community in Carol Stream, IL, died Monday, November 3, 2014. She was born July 25, 1916 in Hazelton, Indiana.
Mary Lois was a homemaker and also worked at
Compassion International
for many years. She was an avid needle worker doing crochet, sewing, and quilting. She was a long time member of Bethel Community Church in Chicago, IL. Mary Lois especially enjoyed shopping and loved to do things with her family.
She is survived by her daughters, Marianne (Jack) Feldballe of Sugar Grove, IL, and Debra (Gary) Lombardi of McHenry, IL; four grandchildren, Tim (Karen) Feldballe, Cathy (Stephen) Fitzhenry, Cari Lombardi, and Crystal Lombardi; six great-grandchildren, Amanda (Aaron) Pfeifer, Adam Fitzhenry, Matthew Feldballe, Kyle Feldballe, Jamie Feldballe, and Julia Feldballe; her great-great-grandson, Harrison Pfeifer; and many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2014 from 1:30 p.m. until the start of a funeral service at 3:00 p.m. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., in Wheaton, IL. Interment will be private at Acacia Park Cemetery in Chicago, Illinois.
