Marion Haack (née Palgowski)

May 14, 1928  -  December 8, 2024

Family and Friends of Marion H. Haack, 96, will gather to celebrate a life of love and inspiration on Sunday, December 22nd. Wake 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., Wheaton, IL 60187.  A Celebration of Life Party will be held this summer.

Marion was born on May 14, 1928 in Melrose Park, IL. She was raised in Maywood, IL where she attended Proviso High School. After graduation, while working at Public Service, she met the love of her life, Ralph Haack, and married soon thereafter. They moved to Warrenville in 1954. There, Ralph built a beautiful home where they would raise their children and remain for the duration of their lives. Marion's greatest joy, outside of her family, was traveling to numerous countries around the world where she met many interesting people of all cultures and made lifelong friends. She sold real estate for 25 years for Kammes Realtors in Wheaton, IL where every client became a friend. Marion excelled at hosting many creative parties over the years, always bringing people together to celebrate LIFE.

Marion is survived by her Children; Peg, Todd, Mary (Gene) Esposito, Lance (Debbie). Grandchildren; Max Sperando, Liz (Eric) Bowyer, Logan, Lucas, Hollis, Quinn (Mackenzie), Alivia and Lance. Great-grandchildren; Genevieve, Zoey, Natalie, Chase, Tyler and Stella. She was a loving Aunt to many dear nieces and nephews and a loving friend to all. Marion joins her husband Ralph, her parents William & Helen Palgowski, her sister Dorothy Sumsky and her Uncle John Ilcewicz in peace.
