Marilyn Noelte Newcomer, age 55, a resident of Wheaton, formerly of Northlake, died suddenly, Friday, January 13, at home. She was born September 4, 1950 in Chicago.
Marilyn was a Temple Worker at the Chicago Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Glenview. She is a member of the Wheaton Ward located in Naperville. She worked for Homeland Security with the TSA at Ohare International Airport at the United terminal. She enjoyed caring for her family.
She is survived by her husband of 33 years, David; her four sons, Keith (Charlotte) of Wheaton, Cliff also of Wheaton, Mark, a student at BYU, in Provo, UT, and Ken, currently serving a two-year mission in New Caledonia, Fiji Mission; two grandchildren, Jenny and Ryan; her three sisters, her twin sister, Carolyn (Robert) Webb of Wheaton, Sharon (John) Harvey of Chicago, and Debbie Noelte, also of Chicago; and her mother, Glenna Noelte of Carol Stream.
She was preceded in death by her father, Warren Noelte.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 17, from 3-8 P.M. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., in Wheaton. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 18, at 10:00 A.M. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1320 Ridgeland Road, in Naperville. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Mt. Morris, IL.
