Maddox Richard Warren, three-month infant son of Wally and Tracey Warren of Glendale Heights, died August 24, 2005 at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, where he was born on May 22, 2005.

He is survived by his parents; his maternal grandparents, Phillip and Linda Brown of Dongola, IL; his paternal grandparents, Rick (fiance Pat Riley) Warren of Warrenville, IL, and Emmy (Chuck) Taylor of Chandler, AZ; his Uncle, Jonathan (fiance Siobhan Richards) Warren of Austin, TX; his Aunt, Jennifer (Dennis) Herren of Dongola, IL; his maternal great-grandparents, Martha Brown of Dongola, IL, and Arnold and Mary Rector of Anna, IL; his paternal great-grandmother, Dorothy Groshans of Plattsburgh, NY; and many great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather, Calvin Brown of Dongola, IL; his paternal great-grandfather, William Groshans of Moriah Center, NY; and his paternal great-grandparents, Richard and Jane Warren of Naperville, IL.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 27, from 6-9 P.M. at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., in Wheaton. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 28, at 3:00 P.M. at Good Samaritan United Methodist Church, 960 Army Trail Blvd., in Addison. Interment is private.
