Lucille Helen Beck, age 92, died Thursday, July 17th, 2025, at home in Janesville, WI.

Lucille was born April 19th, 1933, in Chicago, IL.

Lucille is survived by her daughter, April Borsodi (John Borsodi), her sisters, Linda A. Hill, Lydia C. Beck, two granddaughters, Loren Baer (Matthew Baer), Erin Borsodi (Michael Coleman), and three great-grandchildren, Evan, Emree, and Hunter Baer.

Lucille worked in her parent's bakery, Becks Bakery, Wheaton, IL, until its closing. Going to work for VanDerMolen Disposal in Glen Ellyn, IL, and Browning and Ferris Industries. Upon retiring from BFI, she worked for DuPage Medical Group, as well as The Planter's Palette in West Chicago.

Lucille was an avid gardener and plant lover, knowing all the species' origin, Latin names, and care of the plants. She was an animal lover, fostering and adopting many dogs. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, polar fleece blanket making, many gifts for family, friends, and donating to various organizations.

The most important characteristic about Lucille is that she loved the Lord and second was devoted to and loved her entire family.
