He served in the US Navy during WW II and was a retired journeyman electrician from IBEW Local 134, He spent his retirement in New Mexico, hunting and fishing;He was the beloved father of Daniel (the late Maria) and Timothy Ossowski, LuAnn (Tom) Hoffman, Mary Beth (Alex) Calvo.
