Lois Winifred (Foss) Westlund, age 90, a resident of Winfield, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday,  December 25, 2018, peacefully at home.  She was born December 27, 1927 in Chicago to Winifred Karina Johanna (nee Hagemoen) and Edgar Foss.

She is survived by her husband, Rev. Howard Westlund, their children Jean Kari & Petrea Ann, 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by Edgar and Winifred Foss, her children Timothy Jon, Janet Lois, & Paul Timothy.

Her peaceful death concluded a life of service for the Lord.

A visitation will be held on Friday, December 28, 2018 from 3 to 6 p.m. at West Chicago Bible Church, 209 S. Oakwood Ave., West Chicago, IL 60185, where a funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m Private interment will be held at Glen Oak Cemetery in West Chicago, Illinois.
