Lois Lucille Bagge died on July 3rd, 2011. A resident of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, she was born on June 22, 1931 in Churdan, Iowa to Carl and Georgia Roberts. After graduating valedictorian of her high school class, she graduated from Iowa State University in 1952. She married Allan Ellis Bagge in 1953 and moved to Elmhurst, Illinois.

She is survived by her son Ronn (Karen) Bagge, daughter Jane (Matt) Ferris, daughter Sara (John) Stutzman, daughter Sylvia Bagge and ten grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Sam Roberts, of Carol, Iowa, and her sister Leta Thornton, of Cary, North Carolina. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband (1987) and her brother Dr. John Roberts of Raleigh, North Carolina.

In recent years, she volunteered her services to World Relief, the West Side Holistic Center, and sponsored a support group for the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students. Following her husband's aviation and missionary experiences, she developed an interest in Mission Aviation Fellowship in Venezuela, and the development of the Quest Kodiak mission aircraft in Idaho. She spent summers near Port Sydney, Ontario from 1969 through 2005 and enjoyed many friends in the area.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 7 at 11:00 A.M. at College Church, Washington and Seminary St. in Wheaton. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. Interment will be held at Arlington Cemetery in Elmhurst.
