Linda Gruden Bilut, age 76, a resident of Colony Park in Carol Stream, IL, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 15, 2020. She was born May 2, 1944 in Chicago to Charles and Margaret Gruden.

Linda grew up in Wheaton and attended St. Michael School, Franklin Jr. High School and graduated from Wheaton Community High School in 1962. She attended William Woods College and transferred to the American Academy of Art, where she earned her degree. She worked as an independent interior designer and had her own firm, "Linda Bilut Interior Design."

Linda loved animals and was mom to her parrot "Taco" for 30 years. She volunteered at the Brookfield Zoo and at Morton Arboretum and enjoyed the Cantigny Gardens.

She is survived by her brothers, Scott Gruden of Naperville and James (Karen) Gruden of Wheaton and four nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Services will be held privately.
