Rem Sung, daughter of Mr. Sawm Cung Nung and Mrs Kap Thiam was born in Zawlpi, Myanmar. She was the second oldest among six siblings. In 1978, she got married to Mr Lian Bawi. She had five sons and five daughters. The youngest son passed away when he was six months old. She had 13 grandchildren.

On November 20, 2010, she arrived in Malaysia and lived there for ten years. She loved God and served Him in the Falam Christian Community Women Department for many years. She arrived in the United States of America on February 8, 2018. Since then, she spent her life with her loved ones until she returned to God.
